I get my eating-many-times-in-a-day habit back! Since end of last year, I started dieting becoz I don't like the thought of me being fat, so I decided to lose weight. And I did. I mantained my weight at 50-53 kg. If it gets more than that, I'll lose my appetite to eat even more. I eat only a plate of rice per day, with very little quantity in the evening. At night, I won't eat anything.

But lately, guess what? I could even eat 3 times per day! But thats rarely to be lah. Mostly only 2 times. My body is well-known (ceh) for gaining weight easily. So nowadays as I look at the mirror, I realized that my cheeks has gotten way too fat! And also my thigh! I swear before this, I have a tiny gap between my thigh which is called thigh gap, but it has completely disappeared now. I'm quite sad actually :( My stomach, they're starting to form new floors. If you get what I mean. Haha

I told my parents about this as they also noticed my behavior that would ask for a burger or roti canai out of nowhere in the middle of the night haha and they said its normal becoz spm is just around the corner and thats the effect from studying hard. Lol I dont think I actually studied?? Seriously. Now I can completely understand why some of my seniors changed physically last year. But really! Some of them got fat bc of spm. The changes can be obviously seen from september till november. Haha I witnessed it by myself okay.

As for now, I'll pamper myself with all those fats, sweets and foods. But after spm, I'll kick my ass off to exercise. If that works. Lol.
